A neurodiversity-affirming group therapy programme for adults with an Autism Spectrum Disorder

NeuroBridge© is a 10-session experiential intervention for autistic adults, grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). It aims to enhance self-understanding, improve psychological flexibility, foster meaningful relationships, and promote valued living while acknowledging autistic identity.
It is a neurodiversity-affirming group therapy program designed to support autistic adults in exploring their identity, enhancing emotional awareness, and strengthening social and coping skills. All within a safe, structured, and values-led therapeutic space.
Developed by Dr. Andreas Paris, PhD (Registered Clinical Psychologist - Consultant Behaviour analyst, Code Behaviour), NeuroBridge© is grounded in the lived experiences and strengths of the autistic community.
Who Is It For?
NeuroBridge© is ideal for:

Adults (18+) with a formal autism diagnosis or who identify as autistics and who are verbally fluent and want to explore their identity

Autistic individuals seeking to improve social connection, emotional regulation, and self-understanding

People who are navigating late diagnosis or burnout

What Does the Program Include?

10 structured monthly group sessions (90 minutes)

9 optional coping support sessions between core sessions

Full Participant Workbook with practical exercises, values reflection, and sensory tools

Evidence-based content drawing on ACT and autism research

All groups are led by Clinical Psychologist and/or Psychiatrist
